The Client or User declares that all data provided is true and correct and undertakes to keep it updated, informing AVANCE VISUAL of any changes. The user shall be responsible for the accuracy of their data and shall be solely liable for any conflicts or disputes that may arise due to the falsity of their data. It is important that, so that we can keep personal data up to date, the user informs AVANCE VISUAL whenever there has been any change. Otherwise, we cannot be responsible for its accuracy.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
The LOPD (Spanish Data Protection Act) and the GDPR (Spanish Data Protection Regulation) grant data subjects the right to exercise a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. DATA RETENTION
Disaggregated data will be retained without a deletion period. Regarding Customer data, the retention period for personal data will vary depending on the service the Customer contracts. In any case, it will be the minimum necessary and may be retained for up to:
- 4 years: Law on Infractions and Sanctions in the Social Order (obligations regarding membership, registration, deregistration, contributions, payment of salaries, etc.); Arts. 66 et seq. of the General Tax Law (accounting books, etc.)
- 5 years: Art. 1964 Civil Code (personal actions without special deadline)
- 6 years: Art. 30 Commercial Code (accounting books, invoices...)
- 10 years: Art. 25 of the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism.
Users' data on mailing lists or those uploaded by AVANCE VISUAL to social media pages or profiles will be retained until the user withdraws consent.
Candidate data (CV), if any: If the candidate is not selected, AVANCE VISUAL may keep their CV stored for a maximum of two years to incorporate it into future calls, unless the candidate states otherwise.

AVANCE VISUAL has a profile on the main social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Google+), and in all cases is recognized as the data controller of its followers, fans, subscribers, commentators, and other user profiles (hereinafter, followers) published by AVANCE VISUAL. The processing that AVANCE VISUAL will carry out with said data within each of the aforementioned networks will be the same as that permitted by the social network for corporate profiles.
AVANCE VISUAL may, where not prohibited by law, inform its followers about its activities and offers through any means permitted by the social network, as well as provide personalized customer service.
